How to Manage Custom Branding

Providing your company logo customizes the interview experience by displaying it directly on the interview chat screen.

The Company Logo setting is available exclusively on Pro and Enterprise plans. Please note that only Team Owners and Administrators have permission to update the Company Logo.

First, navigate to the Team page in the navigation menu.

Scroll down to find the Company Logo section.

Select New Logo

In the Company Logo section, click the Select A New Logo button.

Your system's file browser window (or file selection dialog) will open. Use this to locate and select your company logo file.

Finally, select Save.

When you add a new company logo, a “dark-mode” logo will automatically be generated to display on devices set to dark mode. If you have your own dark-mode logo, you may upload it after uploading your “light-mode” logo (see Select New Dark-Mode Logo below).


Remove Logo

In the Company Logo section, click the Remove Logo button.

Select New Dark–Mode Logo

This option is only available if you have previously uploaded and saved a company logo. By default, if no separate dark-mode logo is selected, your main company logo will be used.

In the Company Logo section, click the Select A New Dark Mode Logo button.

Your system's file browser window (or file selection dialog) will open. Use this to locate and select your dark-mode logo file.

Finally, select Save.


Remove Dark-Mode Logo

In the Company Logo section, click the Remove Dark-Mode Logo button.
