How to Manage Company Information
Keeping your company's details up-to-date is crucial for both internal accuracy and external branding. The information you update here may be used in consumer-facing elements of your guides and communication, ensuring a professional and consistent experience for your respondents.
This article will walk you through updating your team's name, company website, and a general description of your business.
Only Team Owners and Administrators can update company information.
First, navigate to the Team page in the navigation menu.

Next, scroll down to find the Company Information section.

In the Company Name field, enter or edit your company's name.
In the Company Website field, enter or edit your company's website URL.
In the Service/Product Description field, enter or edit your company's description.
Data you provide in the Company Information section may be used in public-facing settings, such as emails sent to customers on your behalf.
Finally, select Save apply your changes.
