Distributing Interview Links

Once a Guide has been created and published, you can collect interview responses by sharing its public link. The following methods are recommended for distributing the interview link to reach your intended audience effectively:

  1. Email Campaigns

Use an email marketing tool (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) to distribute the interview link to segmented audience lists. Tailor each campaign based on product categories, customer demographics, or engagement history to ensure relevance and higher response rates.

  1. Automated and Transactional Emails

Include the interview link in automated emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates, or welcome messages. This allows for seamless integration into the customer journey and facilitates timely feedback collection.

  1. Website Placement

Embed the public interview link on relevant pages of your website. Recommended locations include:

  • Home page banners or modals
  • Product detail pages
  • FAQ or support pages

Use a clear call-to-action to prompt user participation.

  1. Social Media Distribution

Post the interview link across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Ensure the message is concise and clearly communicates the intent of the interview. Consider pairing the link with branded imagery to improve engagement.

  1. SMS and Messaging Apps

Distribute the link via SMS or messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger) where applicable. Keep messages brief and include a direct call-to-action.

  1. Community and Forum Posts

If applicable, share the interview link within online communities such as Discord servers, Reddit threads, or product-specific user forums. Clearly specify the purpose of the interview and any relevance to the community’s focus.
